TARG Connect — Terms of Service

1. About TARG Connect

TARG Connect is a private, internal integration service operated by The Alpha Regal Group (“TARG”, “we”, “us”). It connects third-party accounts and services that have been authorized by their owners, such as TikTok accounts, so that The Alpha Regal Group can carry out account management, analytics and content operations for those accounts.

TARG Connect is available at connect.thealpharegalgroup.com and is separate from The Alpha Regal Group website at thealpharegalgroup.com.

2. Who may use TARG Connect

Access to TARG Connect is limited to users authorized by The Alpha Regal Group. Administrative functions require a login. You may connect a third-party account only if you own that account or are authorized to manage it.

3. Connecting third-party accounts

When you connect an account, you are redirected to the third-party platform (for example, TikTok) to sign in and choose which permissions to grant. TARG Connect uses only the permissions you grant, and only for the purposes described in these Terms and in the TARG Connect Privacy Policy.

You can disconnect an account at any time in TARG Connect, and you can revoke TARG Connect’s access from the third-party platform’s own settings (for TikTok, in the TikTok app settings).

4. Content and publishing

Content uploaded or posted through TARG Connect is supplied by, or prepared for, the authorized account owner. Video uploads are sent to the creator’s TikTok inbox as drafts, which the creator reviews and completes in the TikTok app. Direct publishing requires explicit approval by an authorized administrator in TARG Connect before anything is sent to TikTok.

You are responsible for having the necessary rights to any content you supply and for complying with the rules of the platform it is sent to.

5. Third-party platform terms

Your use of a connected platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms and policies, including the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok Community Guidelines. TARG Connect is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok.

6. Acceptable use

You must not access or attempt to access TARG Connect without authorization, interfere with its security or operation, or use it in breach of any law or of any third-party platform’s terms.

7. Service provided “as is”

TARG Connect is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend or discontinue it at any time.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its “last updated” date, is always available on this page.
